Hard Boiled Eggs |
Place up to 6 eggs in 2 quart sauce pan*
Cover with cold water
Bring to a boil
Turn off heat, cover and let stand for 15 minutes
Run cold water over cooked eggs for 30 seconds
Cover eggs with cold water, add a handful of ice cubes
Let sit until eggs have completely cooled. (about an hour)
Remove eggs, dry and store in refridgerator.
* More than 6 eggs at a time can crowd the pot and cause uneven cooking.
