3 Tablespoons of non-fat, plain greek yogurt.
DONE!
(if it's too yogurty for you- try just adding a smidge of honey)
This makes 4 Tablespoons of Dip- a perfect amount for 1 apple!

400 calories
32 grams of fat
16 grams of protein

12 grams of protein.
