Welcome to My Dandy Life!


I am a Health Coach & Fitness Chef for my own small business; Dandy Life. My goal is to encourage you to live a healthier life. This blog captures all aspects of my business, but on a personal level.
It's my life- out there for everyone to see!

Use the "Recipes" page to find recipes for healthy foods.  As of the Summer of 2012, I began to follow the "real food" movement. I limit my personal intake of processed foods (meaning: anything that comes in a package must have 5 or fewer ingredients). I do not use "diet" foods, as these often contain hidden amounts of sugar, fat or salt to make them taste better. I use "full-fat" foods in moderation. I do not use meal replacement shakes, or "diet" supplements.

Check out the "Health Coach" page, for healthy insights on food and lifestyle choices. I live my life as chemically free as possible, by using Essential Oils to clean my house, manage my pain, and improve my mood!  On this page, you can find tips on using Oils, and links to my posts on my favorite motivational quotes.
